iApplicants – How to get started:
Switching to an online applicant management system has never been easier. Most of our clients have their new system up and running within 2 to 3 business days. To help you understand how it works we have put together the following event timeline:
Step 1 - Request a FREE Trial by filling out our sign up form. You will be able to request the sub-domain that you desire, such as http://yourcompany.iapplicants.com. If the requested sub-domain is not available, we will contact you with some other options to consider. Once the sub-domain has been set, your system will be scheduled for programming.
Step 2 - We will use the colors and graphics from your business' web site to design your iApplicants system. Our goal is to help you present a consistent look to your job applicants.
Step 3 - Normally within 2 business days your system will be completed and you will receive a welcome email explaining how to get started. The email will cover how to add jobs to your site and how to customize your application form.
Step 4 - Login to the admin area of your site and add your current job openings into the system and customize your application form.
Step 5 - Create a "Careers" link on your business' web site pointing to your new iApplicants system.
Step 6 - Send all job candidates to your new iApplicants web site to apply for a job. This includes putting your iApplicants system url (i.e. http://yourcompany.iapplicants.com) in all help wanted ads as well as sending the url to applicants who fax or email you a resume.
